The company is led by Managing Director Chris Benson and Technical Sales Director Damian Shaddock, with Operations Manager Craig responsible for delivery. OneCloud delivers managed IT support through a four-stage engagement pattern:
- Discovery and assessment. Audit of current infrastructure, licences, security posture, and business priorities. Gap analysis against cyber security frameworks (including the Australian Cyber Security Centre’s Essential Eight) and business continuity requirements.
- Planning and solution design. Technical scoping by the OneCloud engineering team, documented proposal, and alignment on scope, timelines, and support model (managed plan, project-based, or hybrid).
- Implementation and migration. Deployment of cloud, Microsoft 365 / Azure, network, phone, or security solutions with minimum disruption to operations. Remote and onsite delivery as each engagement requires.
